all australian orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1 week, depending on your location and australia post delivery times.

international

all international orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

please note that handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time before dispatch.

returns & exchanges

at porchiia, we offer store credit only for eligible returns. we do not offer refunds for change of mind or other reasons unless an item is confirmed faulty.

faulty items

if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact porchiiacontact@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. once assessed and confirmed, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be provided where applicable.

return conditions

to be eligible for store credit:

• return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
• items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
• items must be returned in their original packaging.
• items with makeup marks, stains, odours, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

sale items

all sale items and items purchased using discount or promotional codes are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
